I’m so grateful that I found Bio-One to help me after suddenly losing my husband. Nicole was amazingly empathetic, kind, and prompt with my situation. She got me scheduled the same day for bio-hazard cleaning. Kristina and her son were the techs who showed up. They were professional and discreet. Kristina was also empathetic and so kind. It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way.
