I had contacted 10-15 places on a frantic Saturday, not expecting a fast response. Nicole with Bio One responded to me not only immediately, but with COMPASSION and EMPATHY for what I was going through. Together we made a plan, and four days later she met me in my embarrassingly disgusting apartment and got to work. Throughout the entire process she communicated with me what was happening as I was too embarrassed to stay there while her team worked. They got more done in one day than I could’ve in months.
